Each fall, the 577 staff takes time to reflect on the past year and begin planning classes, programs, and special events for the year ahead. As we look toward 2027, we’d love for our community to be part of that process.
Whether you took one class this year, joined us many times, haven’t taken a class in several years, or have never registered for one, we want to hear from you.
Your Experience Matters
Classes are an important part of 577’s mission of curiosity and lifelong learning. Throughout the year, a mix of 577 staff and talented community instructors share their knowledge, skills, and passions through pottery, studio and fiber arts, culinary arts, gardening and nature, wellness, youth and family classes, and much more.
But classes are only one part of what happens at 577. Free programs, community gatherings, live music, family activities, and special events also create opportunities to learn, explore, create, and connect throughout the year.
Our 2027 Community Class & Event Survey gives you an opportunity to tell us what’s working, what may make it difficult to participate, and what you’d like to see in the year ahead.
We’re especially interested in learning more about:
- The kinds of classes you’d like to see offered
- Days, times, and class formats that work best for you
- What influences your decision to register
- What may keep you from participating
- Free programs, community gatherings, and special events you’d like to experience
- How you hear about what’s happening at 577
- New ideas you think we should explore
There’s also an opportunity to let us know if you have a skill, hobby, or area of expertise you might be interested in sharing as a Community Instructor at 577.
